這是我從2011/3/28開始利用Joe's Goal為自己的習慣打分數至今的結果。
我想養成的習慣是早睡,運動,讀書,不要遲到。
可以看到成績非常慘烈......
其中又以連續三天以上沒運動被扣了最多分,常常晚於一點睡,也常常一整天沒讀書。
6/1開始我會開始新的統計!
新生活的開始,咬著牙加油啦~~~
